Private and fun cottage right on the shore. Good view of a lobster wharf so you can watch the fishermen working, but few cottages in close proximity. Cottage is on a diamond shaped lot with great views of the water and the sunset over the Darnley Bridge, stunning views.

 

  
 


This is a very fun and romantic cottage. It's great for a getaway for a couple, or for a retreat for a family with 2-3 children. It's a very peaceful and relaxing getaway.

This is a sweet little renovated old captain's house being used as a cottage, with kitchen, sitting area, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with full tub on the upper level. Finished basement with two single beds, suitable for children. Also a futon matress to be used on the floor for overflow company.

Great views from all the windows, 2 decks, attached shed. Kayaks and lifejackets included in rental. Childrens toys in the lower level including little wooden trainset, chalk board, school desk, etc. Flat screen television and dvd player on upper level, childrens television and dvd player on lower level.

Lots of parking, big lawn with second lot attached. RV hookup available. Small cliff on front of park of the property, about 12 feet. Grass is not mowed right to the edge of yard to protect kids from getting too close to the edge.
