Come, relax and enjoy the view from this beautiful waterfront cottage. While sitting in the sunroom you will be looking at the beautiful Montague River.

  
 


The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second is equiped with two twin beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen , large living room, with a queen sized pull out couch that can be utilized for extra sleeping space during the night. There is also a dining room area with a table that seats six. There is also a hide-a-bed in the sunroom that could also act as a third bedroom at night, making it possible to sleep even more guests. The bathroom is roomy and equipped with a shower. All linens and towels are provided.

This is a very quiet area and great for children to play outside and on the beach area.
