This two story 1200 sq. ft. house, built in 2002, is very private and on a one acre lot overlooking New London Bay. The view is spectacular from the balcony or sitting on the veranda watching the sunsets!
When the sun goes down enjoy bonfires with family and friends and the cozy warmth of the wood stove reading a good book or watching a movie. Have a barbeque, play volleyball, badminton, soccer or crockono. There are lawn chairs and a table with an umbrella. This is a very quiet location ideal for relaxation and watching the children play.
The two bedrooms have carpet. The kitchen, living room and bath have pine floors. Also a washer and dryer! There is wood provided for the wood stove and fire pit. Come and have a pleasant stay at ROOTIEMAGOO'S !
