This 1600 sq. ft. beach house sits on 4 acres with 500 feet of serene ocean frontage, just 20 minutes west of Summerside on Route 11. Licensed by Tourism PEI. Built in 2008 by one of the island’s premier custom craftsman, the Mont Carmel Beach House features a short and level walk to the coastline – no cliffs, no ladders. Sunrises to the left, sunsets to the right. Experience the gentle waves, warm waters, and a breath-taking southern view across the Northumberland Strait. Walk forever out into the ocean during low tide and park your lawn chair on a smooth red sand dune for a few hours of pure relaxation. Great walks up and down the coastline. Create your own campfire on the beach under the stars.
This beach house has a spacious screened porch and deck overlooking the beach. Eat-in kitchen, separate dining area, family room and loft retreat.
3 bedrooms with 4 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms. More sleeping space is available if required, in the large loft with incredible ocean view. Other highlights include: outdoor furniture, BBQ-grill, outdoor rinse shower, washer & dryer, microwave, coffeemaker, cable TV, DVD, high-speed internet and WiFi. Please - no pets and no smoking.
