It has a fully equipped kitchen with a combined living room area with access to a tv/vcr/dvd unit to snuggle & watch a movie while relaxing after the beautiful sunsets. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room, for additional guests.  The 3pc bath is adjacent to the kitchen. The external deck offers a pleasant view of the bay from two different angles around the point. It is a 2 min. walk to the beach.

Weekly rate of $600.00 + 10% pst. 40% deposit of $264.00 to hold booking. Balance of $396.00 payable upon arrival. Check in: Sun. 2pm Check out: Sun 10am.

Nightly rate: $90.00 + pst. Minimum of 3 nights. Payment options: E-money transfer, cash, certified cheque or money order.

*Pets permitted at owner's discretion. Scooping is a must.
