This cottage is situated on the shores of Malpeque Bay on a point of land overlooking Hog Island & the Gulf of St. Lawrence on the north side of Prince Edward Island. It is a 2-storey cottage with a balcony on the 2nd level, off the Master Bedroom.

The lower level interior is finished in pine. It is equipped with a full kitchen/living room area which overlooks the bay. Off this room is a den with a flip-out davenport couch. The bathroom is located off the den and includes a shower, toilet & sink. On the upper level is the master bedroom with a queen size bed. This room overlooks Malpeque Bay. The second bedroom on this level is equipped with a set of bunk beds & a single bed.

Other than the upper balcony, this cottage is equipped with a deck on the waterside to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets or have a barbeque.
