A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking; Balance due 1 month before arrival. An additional $500.00 "damage deposit" is also required at time of booking and will be refunded upon inspection

Payable by: bank draft, money order, or wire transfer.

Cancellation policy:
Should there be a cancellation and we are able to re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses, you will receive a full refund of deposit made, minus any expenses incurred. If we are not able to re-rent the property, only the “damage deposit” will be refunded to you
