Clam Beach Cottage PEI is located at the end of a winding tree-lined laneway on a secluded lot overlooking the picturesque Montague River on the east coast of Prince Edward Island. Refurbished to a high standard, this deluxe 2-bedroom housekeeping cottage is just a few steps from a private river bank beach and features a beautiful in-ground swimming pool.

The cottage is bright and airy, punctuated by a cathedral ceiling in the main room that stretches to a height of 15 feet. The spacious open concept design enables seamless interaction between the kitchen, dining room, and living space. French doors from the kitchen lead out to a screened-in porch – a perfect place to relax.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master bedroom is located on the lower level, and is nicely appointed with a queen sized bed. The second bedroom on the upper level features two bunk beds to sleep up to four - ideal for children. The second bedroom is also equipped with an air conditioning unit. All bedding is provided.

The main bathroom, located on the lower level features a bathtub with shower. A half bath is also located on the second level. Towels are included.

  
 

Kitchen & Living Space
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a range of utensils, flatware and serving plates. The kitchen island is an ideal place for breakfast, or simply catching up after a relaxing summer's day. A Propane BBQ is located on the porch.

The living room offers satellite television with a good selection of channels including youth stations, and DVD player. A small selection of books and board games are also available.

For the 2008 the following rates apply:
·   High Season (July and August): $1,375 per week
·   Low Season (June and September): $900 per week

Rentals are normally booked on a Saturday to Saturday basis with check in after 3 p.m. and check out by 11 a.m. $200 is due upon booking. Rental fees are subject to 10% provincial sales tax.
