The Bellmora Beach House is a Cape Cod design that is located in the scenic community of Pinette.The cottage is located at the mouth of the picturesque Pinette River and the Northumberland Strait.

  
 


The cottage is situated on a 11 acre parcel of land that contains 4 acres of lawn,trees and gardens.It is an ideal space for children and pets to play.

The cottage has been decorated by a professional decorator,consisting of three bedrooms and two baths.The mastersuite is located on the second level,with a full bath containing a jacuzzi and separate shower.There is a reading nook that overlooks the ocean and a queen size sleigh bed.The cottage contains two other bedrooms that are located on the first level,with shared bath.There is a large livingroom with cathederal ceiling,propane Vermont stove and country kitchen.

To make the property more enjoyable,there is a screened-in porch and an open deck,allowing you to view the incredible sunsets.The beach is very private,allowing you to walk the beach for miles.There is clam digging and the opportunity to visit the local fishing wharf.
